Strong's numbers
The film’s numbers are the site’s own: the Strong’s numbers its King James Version (KJV) carries, counted and drawn from the same tagging the Strong’s numbers page looks up, and the entries are Strong’s own lexicon, in the public domain. The Hebrew of Genesis 1:1 is the Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC), and the Greek of John 21 and John 3:8 the Greek Textus Receptus (GTR); the Greek reading is the site’s own recording of John 21:17, played as a reader hears it. The picture is drawn by Biblion from its own data, none by hand and none generated by AI; the narration is a synthetic voice reading a written script, and the music was composed with ElevenLabs.
A Strong's number is a label given to each distinct word of the Hebrew and Greek behind the Bible, so that every place one word is used can be found even by a reader who does not read either language. This site carries the whole lexicon: 8,674 Hebrew entries and 5,523 Greek ones, each with its definition, every verse the word stands in, and the word itself spoken aloud.
Numbers also appear in the text itself: read a chapter in the Study Bible with the King James alongside — and the Hebrew or the Greek beneath it — and each tagged word carries its number, which opens the entry. Open Genesis 1 in the Study Bible.
