Bible verses about anxiety
Scripture rarely argues anxiety away, and these passages do not try. Most answer it with something to look at instead — birds, a river, a shepherd — or with something already settled that worrying cannot change. Each has a sentence under it saying what it is actually claiming.
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. — Philippians 4:6 · WEB
