6 I was angry with my people. I profaned my inheritance and gave them into your hand. You showed them no mercy. You laid a very heavy yoke on the aged.
KJVI was wrothH7107(H8804) with my peopleH5971, I have pollutedH2490(H8765) mine inheritanceH5159, and givenH5414(H8799) them into thine handH3027: thou didst shewH7760(H8804) them no mercyH7356; upon the ancientH2205 hast thou veryH3966 heavilyH3513(H8689) laid thy yokeH5923.

KJVBut these twoH8147 things shall comeH935(H8799) to thee in a momentH7281 in oneH259 dayH3117, the loss of childrenH7908, and widowhoodH489: they shall comeH935(H8804) upon thee in their perfectionH8537 for the multitudeH7230 of thy sorceriesH3785, and for the greatH3966 abundanceH6109 of thine enchantmentsH2267.
10 For you have trusted in your wickedness. You have said, ‘No one sees me.’ Your wisdom and your knowledge has perverted you. You have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’
KJVFor thou hast trustedH982(H8799) in thy wickednessH7451: thou hast saidH559(H8804), None seethH7200(H8802) me. Thy wisdomH2451 and thy knowledgeH1847, it hath pervertedH7725(H8790) thee; and thou hast saidH559(H8799) in thine heartH3820, I am, and none elseH657 beside me.

14 Behold, they are like stubble. The fire will burn them. They won’t deliver themselves from the power of the flame. It won’t be a coal to warm at or a fire to sit by.
KJVBehold, they shall be as stubbleH7179; the fireH784 shall burnH8313(H8804) them; they shall not deliverH5337(H8686) themselvesH5315 from the powerH3027 of the flameH3852: there shall not be a coalH1513 to warmH2552(H8800) at, nor fireH217 to sitH3427(H8800) before it.

KJVThus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast labouredH3021(H8804), even thy merchantsH5503(H8802), from thy youthH5271: they shall wanderH8582(H8804) every oneH376 to his quarterH5676; none shall saveH3467(H8688) thee.
